The Dean’s List is a trio music group from Boston, Massachusetts. These talented music lovers met in college, hence the name The Dean’s List, with goals and dreams of one day sharing their music with the world. Their unique style of music has it’s own sound, making it very catchy, without reminding you of other types of music. There use of a variety different beats, sounds and instruments are what makes their music stick when listened to. The group itself reminds me of a modern and hip version of the Beastie Boys with the way they enjoy their youth by having fun and just doing music. The uploaded song/video “Burn It All” shows just that.

Love Via Dance Machine is a pop/punk band made up of college students from the Berklee College of Music in Boston. They are beginning to attract a large following in the Boston area as well as around East Coast. Target audience seems to be the tween/teen demographic; ages 12-18, especially girls.
I played with the guitarist in a band in high school and we both remain very good friends today.
